Green Point was established in 1986 by Moet & Chandon in the Yarra valley Victorioa State one of Australias oldest and most prestigious wine regions. This wine is a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, with a mid to straw yellow colour. Aromas of lifted spice and fig with honey and floral notes are evident on the nose. It has a mellow, biscuit aroma with floral and honeyed notes. The palate is round and creamy and the flavour is long with a lively with a dry finish.

Schild Estate's reputation has been built on its commitment to translating the unique tapestry of its vineyards into wines that speak of honesty and drinkability. Founded in 1952 by the late Ben Schild, the estate has gone from strength to strength under the second and third generations of the Schild family. The estate is comprised of some of the oldest vineyards in Australia, including the famous Moorooroo vineyard near Jacob's Creek whose vines are over 160 years old. The vineyard site selection has favoured the cooler, southern end of the Barossa, near Lyndoch, which enjoys a slower and longer ripening period - perfect for optimum grape flavour development. Meticulous viticultural and winemaking practices ensure all the wines reflect their sub-region - pure Barossa.

Ten Minutes by Tractor is rated as one of Australia's best wineries by wine guru James Halliday and the wines regularly receive rave reviews from such celebrated wine writers as Jancis Robinson MW, Huon Hooke, Matthew Jukes, and Nick Stock of the Penguin Guide to Australian Wines. Since Martin Spedding took over the winery in 2004, he has transformed it in to one of Australia's leading estates, focussing on the quality of the grapes from the three original vineyards, each of them a ten minute tractor ride away from each other.

Pitchfork is a great value, strikingly packaged and distinctive range of Margaret River wines made by Michael Kerrigan at Hay Shed Hill. These are modern Australian wines, made without oak influence, they are fresh, vibrant and full of fruit. The Semillon Sauvignon Blanc has classic aromas of lemon, lime and gooseberry with distinctive grassy edge. The palate is long and lingering with a tight acidic backbone and clean dry finish. The Chardonnay has tropical aromas and flavours of melon, with some lemony zesty hints and lovely fruit persistence on the finish. The Shiraz has ripe cherry and plum fruits with chocolaty influences, while the Cabernet Merlot has ripe berry fruits with chocolate mint characters typical of Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon. The palate has good concentration of ripe sweet berry fruits with impressive fleshiness and ripe tannin on the finish.

Bancroft Wines is delighted to be working once again with one of Australiaís foremost winemakers, Michael Kerrigan. Michael has had a prestigious career in winemaking, having spent over 12 years as Chief winemaker at Howard Park and Madfish; both of which were first launched into the UK market with great success by Bancroft Wines. First planted in 1973, the Hay Shed Hill vineyard has the mission of producing world class wines that reflect the place of their origin; wines of depth and flavour that are true to region and true to the vineyard. The Hay Shed Hill wines are vineyard selected and nurtured in the winery to allow the true character of the site to be expressed. Typical cool-climate Sauvignon Blanc Semillon aromas of lively tropical fruits and fresh herbaceous grassy characters make up an intense, crisp and refreshing wine. The Chardonnay exhibits fresh cut pear and honeydew melon aromas with some zesty citric notes. The Shiraz Tempranillo is a fascinating blend of violets and spicy, black pepper notes of the Shiraz with the more savoury licorice aromas from the Tempranillo. The Cabernet Sauvignon has an intense and rich bouquet led by the ripest cassis and berry fruits. Behind the primary fruits are distinctive vineyard characteristics of dark chocolate and mint, with cedar oak notes on the finish.
