Domaine Savary
We have been shipping from this domaine for many years now and the quality still continues to shine through in each vintage. Francine and Olivier Savary have been running the domaine since 1984 with a laissez faire approach to viticulture. They produce classic Chablis from old vines on great vineyard sites. This Chablis has crunchy green apple and tart citrus fruit flavours, combined with a wonderful chalky minerality and will complement any wine list.
