Laurent Perrier

Laurent Perrier

Founded in 1812, Laurent-Perrier is recognised - throughout the world - as one of the finest of Champagne Houses. The wines are unique not only because of the philosophy that has inspired them, but also for their style, flavour and consistent quality, from one cuvee to the next.

While champagne shows the character of a specific harvest, non-vintage brut exemplifies the style of a particular House. Freshness, elegance and balance, all of which are typical of Laurent-Perrier's wines, are found in the Laurent Perrier Brut year after year. Aged on its lees for 3 years, it is fresh and supple upon entry with rounded and expressive flavours from which the fruit progressively emerges. Great balance and length give it a distinguished finish.

The Cuvée Rosé Laurent-Perrier undergoes controlled maceration for 48 ñ 72 hours, depending on the harvest, which helps to extract the colour and the full aromatic richness of the Pinot Noir that makes it. Characterised by intensely fruity flavours, clean, well-defined and slightly sharp, this wine provide an impression of plunging into a basket of freshly picked red berries: strawberries, Morello cherries, blackcurrants and raspberries. It is beautifully supple and rounded on the finish.
