De Stefani
The De Stefani family has been producing fantastic wine for four generations. Although not certified they are organic and are continually searching to make improvements in their vineyards. The Pinot Grigio is rich and full, with lots of pure citrus flavours and a hint of red berry fruit. The Prosecco Metodo Zero has a clean and fruity character with golden apple notes, while the Rosé Metodo Zero, made from Marzemino and Raboso, has flavours of raspberry and strawberry and is the perfect summer aperitif. The 100% Marzemino Stefen 1624 is regularly rated one of the best Italian red wines, and is rich and full-bodied with blackberry fruit, sweet vanilla oak and rich spice on the finish.
