Order Desk and Trade Sales Support

Bancroft Wines is looking for a self confident, outgoing, capable and level headed team player with first class administrative, communication, customer service and IT skills.

The role requires an excellent telephone manner, a tidy and professional approach to work, the ability to multitask and prioritise workloads, together with a willing and enthusiastic attitude to teamwork.

This is a very varied and challenging role and the successful candidate will need to be able to proactively solve problems, deliver on tough deadlines and to think clearly under pressure.

Strong MS office skills (Word/Excel) and demonstrable experience of working within an office or administrative environment are key requirements for the right candidate as well as a keen attention to detail and wine knowledge to WSET Intermediate level or above.
