Maternity Leave Cover – Fixed Term Contract
H&H Bancroft is looking for a capable and level-headed team player with first class administrative and communication skills. Reporting to the Buying Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of stock control as well as daily liaison with suppliers and freight forwarders and completion of requisite shipping and customs procedures and administration. A professional approach to work and the ability to think clearly under pressure are essential within this role together with the capacity to multi-task and accurately prioritise workloads.
Strong MS Office skills (Word/Excel), a keen attention to detail and the ability to communicate in French (both spoken and written) are key requirements for the right candidate. Wine knowledge as well as a basic understanding of shipping and customs procedures would be an advantage.
