Delivery free of charge for all orders of 3 standard cases or more or of a value of £350 or more including VAT. For all other orders, a charge of £15 (including VAT) is levied on any order for delivery to mainland UK. Charges for other destinations, including Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, and overseas are available on request.

Delivery Times 

 

 

Mainland UK deliveries (organised on a pre-determined delivery schedule) are completed usually within 3 days of receipt of order.

 

Please contact the sales team for our pre-bookable delivery service and for orders to be delivered outside the UK

 

Please be precise about where you would like your order to be left if it is delivered while the recipient is out. If the recipient is out during our normal delivery hours 9.00am – 5.00pm and there is nowhere secure to leave the delivery, please mention this in the ‘Order Notes' field when placing your order and we will call you to discuss a suitable delivery time. Alternatively please call the Helpline number above.

 

Delivery is free of charge for all gift products listed on our gift pages.

 

We use Business Post for our gift deliveries and aim to deliver next working day (order cut-off is 13:30)
