This tiny 5.2-hectare estate produces minute quantites of very serious Chablis, at both village and Premier Cru level. The philosophy of the estate is similar to that of his brother in law, Vincent Dauvissat, with the wines aged in old oak barrels, which adds an extra dimension without dominating the fruit and terroir for which the region is famed.
