A unique wine from what is possibly the highest vineyard in the whole of Rueda; lying 809 metres above sea level, the Verdejo benefits from a diurnal range allowing it to stay fresh and vibrant. This freshness and minerality is borne of white alluvial soils atop of gravel top soils. After pressing, 20% of the must is fermented in new French barriques while the remainder rests on its lies in stainless steel tanks. The resulting blend is a complex Verdejo with intense grassy notes and green fruits, a strong back bone of raw acidity and a round, medium body.
